Kerns Landscaping Feature - Boyle and Manuel Houses ... in detail
Our landscaping business has grown in recent years.  We have done a lot of work with home owners on the Catskills Mountaintop.   Here we highlight several recent projects and describe our design ideas and approaches to some very different settings.  These Kerns Landscaping Features show you examples and explain some fresh new ideas that we employ when we approach a new project, whether we start afresh or when we add to or rebuild existing gardens and woodlands.

This project allowed us to combine our rock and staircase design with one of the most popular line of plants from Kerns Nursery:  our rock garden plants.

Kerns Nursery solution:

Native field stone was laid by experienced hands for a professional and natural appearance.  Evergreens, rock plants and stone blend together to form a natural look.

Manuel House project:  

This project called for large amount of stonework in a forest setting, creating walkways and planting many trees to blend with the surrounding forest.
