From New York City, Long Island, New Jersey: 

NY State Thruway to Exit 20. Take Rte 32 North to Palenville. 
Left on Rte 23A West, through Tannersville and Hunter, to Xenia Motel, turn right on Rte 17 ... almost 2 miles until you see our sign on the right side of the road.
Take a left turn for 2/10ths mile up the hill.

From Albany and the North:

NY State thruway to Exit 21. Follow Rte 23 West, through Windham, turn next left to Jewett on Rte 17, for 2 miles, past the church and Post Office until you see our sign on the left side of the road. Take a right turn for 2/10ths mile up the hill.

From the Binghamton, Oneonta and the West: 

Rte 23 East. After Prattsville, straight on Rte 23A, past Lexington, to Xenia Motel. Turn left on Rte 17 ... almost 2 miles until you see our sign on the right side of the road.
Take a left turn for 2/10ths mile up the hill.
